Fatigue, back pain, a missed period, nausea, diarrhea, tender breasts. If you get certain symptoms (like tender breasts) every month around the time you have your period, it will be similar but perhaps more painful with the new hormones released at the beginning of pregnancy.
Keep in mind most of these symptoms can be related to stress or an illness (cold or flu) so you should probably take a home Pregnancy Test or call you OBGYN and get tested.
