
Should i be excersising in early stages of pregnancy?
Me and my boyfriend are always talking About Pregnancy, as you can tell by our previous questions. Buthe asked a really good one. This might sound silly but does everybody type need to excersise in early stages of pregnancy, or just the heavier sets? Im personally a small frame so is it really neccasary for me to do that? And if so, what excersises should I be doing?
I was told by my doctor when I got pregnant that if I already had an exercise routine, to continue with it as normal. He also said that if I didn’t exercise and wanted to, that it was okay, but to start off slow. I know girls who never exercise and have had babies and still look as good as they did before. Not the case for me. lol I really wish that I would have kept it up during the pregnancy so that I wouldn’t have the baby weight to worry about. If you don’t have a history of gaining weight quickly, you probably don’t have anything to worry about. As long as you don’t let yourself consistently eat for two. lol Take a walk everyday. Even if it’s just around the block. That should keep you at a healthy weight and may even make your labor a little smoother.
